What the tribunal said
The tribunal determined that the market rent of the property modernised and in good order would be 2975 per month. Deductions of 125 per month for damp and mould, 25 for non-working intercom, and 125 for general state, condition of furniture, and management issues brought the final market rent to 2700 per month.
