What the tribunal said
The tribunal determined an unadjusted market rent of 750 PCM, reduced to 650 PCM because the attic and basement are excluded from the tenancy. Deductions of 20 PCM were made for disrepair and 10 PCM for tenant improvements, resulting in a determined rent of 620 PCM.
