What the tribunal said
The Tribunal determined that the open market rent for the property in good tenantable condition would be £1,600 per month. Deductions of £135 per month were made to reflect tenant-provided white goods (£20), tenant internal repair and decoration responsibilities (£70), tenant-provided curtains (£10), and dampness/mould (£35), resulting in a market rent of £1,465 per month.
