What the tribunal said

The Tribunal assessed the open market rent in good condition at £1,750 per month. Deductions were made comprising £50 per month for uncompleted pest control repairs and £50 per month for general disrepair in the kitchen and bathroom, resulting in a determined market rent of £1,650 per month.
