What the tribunal said

The Tribunal determined an unadjusted market rent of £1,200 per month. Deductions of £85 per month were applied for tenant-provided white goods, carpets, curtains, dated kitchen and bathroom fittings, and outstanding repairs. To avoid financial hardship, the starting date of the new rent was specified as the date of decision under section 14(7).
