What the tribunal said
The Tribunal determined that the market rent in good tenantable condition would be £900 per month. Deductions totalling £405 per month were made for general disrepair to the building and property, split-level layout without a wash-hand basin in the separate WC, lack of central heating, tenant-provided white goods, unmodernised bathroom, and unmodernised kitchen, resulting in a determined rent of £495 per month.
