What the tribunal said
The tribunal determined that the open market rent for the property in good tenantable condition would be £1,100 per calendar month. Deductions totaling £505 per month were made for general wants of repair, awkward layout for bathroom access, lack of central heating, tenant-provided white goods, subdivided garden with partially shared access, and unmodernised kitchen and bathroom.
